Friend Made Good

An old friend of mine from Ottawa (who I haven't seen in 20 odd years) has really made a name for himself as an artist. We all knew he had talent and its clear that he's found a way to channel it into a pretty cool living.

I've pinched and posted a few links from him over the last year or so and there's usually something interesting to ponder in his posts.
The Sci-Fi orientation may not be to everyone's taste, but the art is cool and as I said he's a good guy (from what I remember!)

Chris and his partner Ken have made quite a name for themselves and are very much in demand. Their work graces magazine covers and various media and has a style that's pretty much unigue to them.
Seeing this success is heartening as Chris spent a period of time trying to figure himself out way back when. (Some of us are still on that quest!)
Good stuff eventually happens to good people.
That can only be a good thing.
I'm pretty sure the images posted have some sort of copyright protection, so I hope the fact that I'm not selling anything will go some way to minimising any annoyance they may have that I've posted the pictures.
I'll take them down if they ask.

I have a couple of days off before heading to the US and am already bored so I'll probably post more bits and pieces over the next 48 hours.
