I don't have much to say to as I've been pretty flat out over the past week. We had a sales conference in Cambridge over the past three days and all who attended had a good time by the accounts floating back to me. The highlight was an ultra touristy punt on the river which gave a really nice view of the colleges and bridges.

I'm pretty worn out and had the worst 45 minutes I can remember in a long time this afternoon. Root canal visit number 3.
The infection in my jaw has really been wearing me down and I didn't realise how washed out I have been/am feeling. Though I went through the motions each evening, I slipped away fairly early but still felt wiped out.
I laid off the booze but woke up every morning feeling like I'd been out on the piss......shaky and tired.
That's what its felt like over the past 5 days or so.
The dentist told me that though blunted by the first blast of antibiotics, the infection was still fighting its battle and the smell when they drilled in there was more than a bit disconcerting.
OK I'm sure that WAS a bit more info than you probably needed.
Today they cleaned out the infection and its amazing how much better I feel.
I tried calling the dentist who did the original botched job which led to this little episode in pain.
Surprise, surprise...the office is closed.
That's it for a while.
I'll be in Canada for the next two weeks and intend to spend the time away from work and decompressing.
I'll post if there's something worth mentioning.

But glad you're feeling better, have a great time in Canada with la familia, relax, relate and release as they say.

The photo of the punt reminds me of another time in Oxford.
Look forward to seeing you in Toronto.
Um, scratch and sniff blogs are highly over rated. Have a great time getting to know your cam and lenses!
