Relax!

I've had a barrage of emails from people wondering if I was dead or something. I realise that I haven't posted since last week but my schedule has been insane.
I flew back to the UK to see my daughter and am now heading to Frankfurt and Budapest.
I only got to see Jess for an hour of Pizza and I'm annoyed as well as exhausted.
I'll try and post the rest of the Israeli stuff over the next day or so.
I just need to find time to think and catch up on my sleep.
