Doha

I just had to take one more hazy pic of the big guy.
I'm in Doha now and settling in for a long (ish) stay of three nights.
It's a little different from Dubai.Well not that different.
Odd building #1. The sun is in the wrong place and I'll try again in the morning. The odd perspective has nothing to do with my crooked neck.

I've just arrived so not much to report other than the bed below has possibly the most comfortable embrace I've ever felt.I'm at the Ritz.

Always a good call but usually way over my budget. Thank god for conference organizers with pretensions of grandeur.

Odd water fountains in the room though...........
