Just back from Taipei

I've just finished a flying visit to Taipei.
I'm incapable of visiting the city without taking a picture or two of Taipei 101. It didn't hurt that it was right next to my hotel.
As usual a trip to Taiwan involved a long dinner of a seemingly endless conveyor belt of food. Last night's grub has to be one of the tastiest and interesting I've ever had.
There were some interesting variations on the usual Chinese fare as well as some decidedly challenging offerings.Duck tongues."1000" year old egg.Lobster.
Gutted, sliced and diced.Scallop in an orange glace sauce with lime and shrimp.
Sounds odd, but was awesome.
That's it for today.
Regards to all,
T

I've never met you, nor do I know you but I think I'd hate you if I had the displeasure of crossing paths with you.

Some people eh (a Canadianism)!

Like the sound of the scallop. I bet my kids would eat it up.

Thanks for the call today.
