Jesus that's hot.
Kind of like opening an oven door and feeling that wind wrap itself around your face.
Except there's no oven.
Hot is what it was.
Believe me.
I landed in Hong Kong around 10:30 tonight and it was 15 degrees..
Big difference.
OK, so I saw Nadal again before I left and I have to say he doesn't photograph well compared to Federer. He's such a perpetual motion machine that it's hard to get a bead on him and get any sort of good pic.

I wish I'd been a bit more vocal though it all felt a bit like standing on a high platform and wanting to jump (somewhere deep inside) but not having the guts to go through with it.
I don't know if I explained that properly, but I know what I mean.

Like the Falun marching band.
What's that about I wonder?

It was what it was.
Ok let's catch up on stuff.

I had dinner in Sydney, in the Opera house and it was fun and probably over priced though unlike most places with a great setting, accompanied by great food.
What is it about restaurants in high profile settings?
They usually have a great view and crappy grub.
Not here.

I also was blessed with colleagues who made sure I didn't spin my wheels on my own and they took care of me.

They drove me around Melbourne stopping where ever and whenever something interesting presented itself.
Man, I really want to do this one day. The speed and air time these guys got up too was something to witness.

I suck....I really do.
I don't do anything like this on MY weekends.....
That's it for OZ.
Its 1:30 am Saturday in HK and I'm sipping a Heineken and feeling all is well with the world.
What are you doing?
I'm in HK until next Saturday then in the UK for 2 days to see Jess then its a back to summer in the Southern Hemisphere and the beaches of RIO.
Four days in Brazil then back to the UK.
Then Canada.
Then HK.
Then Qatar.
Will this ever end?
Nope.
Love to all

What's on? Just been for a quick Friday night mood-adjuster at The Old Spring with two chums, about to cook seared duck with stir fry/ plum sauce and reading your blog.
I'm transfixed by the asian flautist smurf band? Strange world.

I'm sipping detox tea (as I'm in a long mysterious process of health recovery); put in my writing dutifully at the end of the day; about to turn my thoughts to my underage love (shut in a gilded cage on the upper east side). Meeting K (the friendship is back on)for a movie tomorrow. Lennie
And after supper, another two episodes on DVD of "The World at War", I'm slowly working through it (it runs to over twenty hours). It's often harrowing, but a fascinating documentary series covering the prelude to and events of World War II.

The appeal of detox is retox at the end of it, no?

No. I do not smoke, eat healthy, drink only occasionally and jog.
