Grand Central Station

Its one of the icons in NYC and finally after countless visits to the city I  got 20 minutes to look around.

Its as impressive as I imagined and a visit is one of the great free things to do in the city.

I won't repeat the Wiki entry's lists of facts and figures but will say its big, elegant and surprisingly open (security wise).

Its worth ducking in for a look.
