New York pics

So, this is a pic of me and a guy from Krakow. His name is Marek, and he used to be a chef in a Manhattan restaurant, and now he runs a bar called East River ( I sent a link to it in an earlier post) which features music at 11 , and is too loud, but the place has its heart in the right place.
How does that happen? Well that's a long story that doesn't belong here.
Why is he looking so glum and I seem so happy?
Jamesons Whisky.
Thats why.
Marek, the bartenders and the regulars were all hugely generous and friendly, and it made for a great laugh and great night.
Its strange when you come across such nice people.
You feel suspicious at first, but slowly settle into the vibe. I wish I had more pics of the rest of them.

The other pics are taken from one of the few bars in NYC that you can smoke.
I sat outside and smoked without that devilish law-breaking vibe which comes from being inside and smoking in NYC, but it was such a glorious early autumn/late summer's evening and I was deeply engrossed in a chat with Fionna, who was telling me about all things "photo-agent- ish" and making me wonder why I do such a no money job and pay the taxes that I do. I think she's been kind and photo-shopped me so don't be impressed or be horrified if you're far from impressed!Good night all!
