Weekend

I was in Belfast for the day yesterday having risen at the crack of dawn, picked up my daughter and flown from Heathrow. I forgot my camera in the car, so sadly have no pictures of Jess with her cousin. They had a blast doing what 6 year old girls do; dancing and larking about, giggling at a world, full of silliness when viewed through little girl eyes .

I got back to London at around 10:30, and after depositing a tired youngster back with her mum, started the long trek back to Cambridge.

Bang in the middle of construction on the M25 at around midnight, this happened:

My headlights went.
As I turned off onto the A1(M) I realised I could see absolutely nothing unless I drove with full highbeams. Trucks coming the other direction made it pretty clear they'd give me a double dose in return, so I decided to forgo death on the motorway and gave up.
The night was spent in a Service Station Motel........
Riveting tale huh?
It's becoming clear that I am in danger of sliding into becoming a MASTER OF THE MUNDANE.

I will endeavor to restrict future posts to subjects bearing a remote resemblance to items of interest .

Hope all is well

T

Where the hell do you get all these things from? Like the new map indicating where the last visitor is.
There is no way to go "anĂ³nimo" on your site man!
