Working Port

Not a lot to write today. I've been busy and have taken a ton of pics but there's been little time to post. The Internet connection is pretty crap so pictures take a long time to load.
I took a walk around the port and as you can see its not just a tourist photo-op but also a working vibrant place.
I don't have time to write much so just look at the pictures.

All these pictures were taken from within the working section of the port. Its a place of yelling frenetic activity and I drew many a puzzled glance in my suit. Acting like you belong somewhere gives you a bit of a free pass. That's a double edged sword because not being allowed somewhere usually has a bit of logic behind it.

During my little jaunt, I narrowly escaped being flattened by a swinging net of tires.

"Sorry Boss" said the foreman (cringe).

Tomorrow I have the afternoon clear and am driving right down to the Cape and the tip of Southern Africa.

I'm going to snap Penguins!
