Yesterday was my Birthday.I spent it at our summer sales conference, and though that's a bit of a drag, they had a cake for me and a bottle or two of some nice stuff wrapped up as prezzies, so I didn't feel bad.
I don't have time to post much more as I'm still in the middle of my day.I'm 45, and I think you'll agree I don't look a day over 50!

Happy Birthday! Now there's a challenge. You want to take care of your self so that you at least look your age. Seriously! Don't worry. You don't look that bad. Keep the weight off and cut out one more thing and it will do wonders for you. Wish I was there.
