I've been here 36 hours and think New Zealand's biggest city is just fine.I'm off to Wellington today and the South Island tomorrow.
Flying visit.
I hope to see some hobbits over the weekend as I have it on good authority that some stayed behind after filming Lord of the Rings.
We'll see.

Glad to see Auckland.
When I was in Sydney - I dated some football player from Auckland.
The land may be innocent, but the people definitely are not.
