Milan and London

I was in Milan last week and had very little time to take any pictures. The city is nothing like Rome or Florence. Apart for the area clustered around the Duomo ( Cathedral of Milan) I think it to be a rather ugly city. Graffiti is rampant and given it is a key industrial city in Italy, commerce has given way to the aesthetic in my eyes at least.
I was also in London on and off. I saw Jess and that was good.
Westminster Abby needs no real introduction from me.
Sitting as it does beside parliament its a worthwhile visit if only to see the monuments to old royal bones of those interred within. You're not allowed to take pictures inside, but my camera is pretty good without a flash and I wasn't rumbled until the end.
No trip to London is complete without a visit to Harrods.
Its stupid expensive and tacky beyond belief, but a London institution none the less.
Yep the shrine is still there.
I also went to South Bank. I seem to do that on every trip as its the easy option from Waterloo Station when I go and see Jess. Its also the best vantage point to look across the river at Westminster.
Its also the location of MJ's new residence.
Que the National Enquirer.
Its 4:14 am in HK and my jet lagged ass needs to get to bedA tired T bids you a goodnight and wishes all of you, whether you be enemies or friends, well.
Love
T
