I didn't have a lot of time today but had a quick look around. The "Walk of Fame Stars" are right outside the hotel door and the Chinese theater is just down the street (Hollywood Blvd).
I confess that I haven't heard of many of the people honoured but given I'm not a show biz enthusiast that's not a surprise. I recognised a couple though and have included them here.

There are countless tacky tours on offer. These guys went budget.
